Discovery Boxes

I have made some discovery boxes to put in a center in the playroom! These are so fun and the kids will be able to enjoy exploring these small items without fear! I can't wait to share them with the kids and see what they think!

Ball Pit

What is more fun that a ball pit?! I bought some ball pit balls for the kiddos over the weekend. While my intention is to get a swimming pool to put them in for easy transport around the house, and I have some different sensory play ideas with the balls and water, I haven't bought it yet. So instead I put them in the pack and play. The kids are having a BLAST!!!

New Playroom

For the entire time we have lived in our house we have had a basically unused room, the guest room. Practically, the only time the door to the room was opened was when we had guests spending the night. When our daughter was born I quickly learned how a small little baby could take over an entire house! So right after her birthday I decided that we needed a playroom we could use everyday more than a guest room that stayed closed up. Now, having a playroom and a place for Rhea and our friends that come visit play has been awesome! While it is still a work in progress here are some quick photos of what our playroom looks like.
